Making some dough…for pizza!

Pizza Dough
3-4 cups whole wheat flour
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup warm water
2 tablespoons yeast
2 tablespoons agave  or honey
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 teaspoon sea salt

Add the yeast to the warm water and honey, In large mixing bowl, combine yeast mixture, 3 cups whole wheat flour, oil and salt. Stir in all-purpose flour- enough to turn the mixture from a batter to a dough.  Add more whole wheat flour, a little at a time if mixture is too loose. Use dough hook attachment  and work dough for 2 minutes or knead by hand on floured board for about 3 minutes.  Put into an oiled bowl and cover with damp towel. Let rise in a warm place about 45 minutes. Punch dough to deflate it and let rise again for about an hour, until doubled in size. Roll it out and you are ready  to add toppings and bake. Most pizzas do well in a 450° oven for 12-15 minutes.
