Dredge tofu triangles in arrowroot powder and fry in olive oil until golden. Mix some tamari, catsup and maple syrup together to make a sweet/sour sauce. Layer tofu on a thin layer of sauce in a baking dish. Slather more sauce on top. Bake until hot and bubbly. Yum!</description>
