I was very upset to learn that starting September of 2007 we will have no more raw almonds.  It will become a Federal rule that makes pasteurization of almonds mandatory.  There are many people who rely on nutrient rich almonds as a daily part of their diet.  Don’t let your raw foods be compromised.
