I think I am pretty much where you are in the raw food program. I find it easiest not to deprive myself of stuff and try to give things up, but to add good things and the bad stuff falls away - even TV ! The best thing I find to add is a green smoothie as described in Victoria Boutenko's book Green for Life. I came upon your comments when looking for info about diabetes. The role of fruit, which I really like; if I eat a lot of raw fruit will the diabetes go away. Can I get away with just going alkaline ? or do I have to go the whole hog ?
