pH Balancing and Raw Food Diet

I would love to network with anyone on the pH Miracle program as well as anyone starting out on the raw food path. I’ve been reading, and reading, and reading, and experimenting with different recipes, but would benefit form talking to someone on an ongoing basis that is at the same point roughly that I am.     I think I am pretty much where you are in the raw food program. I find it easiest not to deprive myself of stuff and try to give things up, but to add good things and the bad stuff falls away - even TV ! The best thing I find to add is a green smoothie as described in Victoria Boutenko’s book Green for Life. I came upon your comments when looking for info about diabetes. The role of fruit, which I really like; if I eat a lot of raw fruit will the diabetes go away. Can I get away with just going alkaline ? or do I have to go the whole hog ?

    I AM VERY INTERESTED IN TRYING TO GO MORE ALKALINE. CAN ANYONE GIVE ME SOME INSITE ON HOW TO MAKE IT A LIFE STYLE, DOES ANYONE WANT TO CHIT CHAT ABOUT IT… FRANKLY I KNOW NOTHING.
